We are the inaugural Florida Middle School Model United Nations conference. The FHSMUN (Florida High School Model United Nations) Organization is a 30-year-old non-profit organization that maintains a strong academic mission geared towards educating our youth about international affairs while strengthening their oratory and debate skills.  In addition to its yearly high school conference, the organization also lends its support and staff to numerous other Model UN conferences around the state and country. The Florida Middle School Model United Nations conference, or FMSMUN, is the newest endeavor for our organization. On February 21st, 2009 the first FMSMUN conference will convene at Hillsborough Community College in Tampa.
