FMSMUN abides by standard FHSMUN rules. These are the rules by which all committees are conducted. They explain how delegates can address the committee, establish the order of topics and decide on a form of debate. While they may seem complicated at first, you will soon find that they are quite easy to follow. Do not let these rules intimidate you. Committee directors understand that these rules may be new to many delegates and will take the time to ensure that delegates become comfortable with them.
